Holly Yashi Earrings Giveaway

Well, I was thinking about the fact that it has been several weeks (six, to be exact), since I gave something away on my blog.  So, it is time for another one!

And this one is very cool. . . these are a relatively new design from Holly Yashi, which I love. . .  the "Abbey Earrings." In the words of the Holly Yashi website, you can dress with "a touch of Renaissance glamour.":)

These are made with sterling silver, Swarovski crystals, and the beautifully colored and imaged niobium for which Holly Yashi is famous. They retail for $48.00.

    I love spring so much! Living now where spring comes late, where winter lingers and things are drear for a long time I cherish each new blade of spring green grass poking up through last year's thatch. The trees covered in pregnant leaf buds swelling with the promise of a year of leaves and blossoms. The return of the birds to their pecking and scratching..... so many lovely things to notice. One of my favorite memories is Grandma Oakley's crocus peaking out through morning frosts up by the church and her plum tree covered in pink soft blossoms, the bright daffodils underneath with their stark contrast of color and scheme. Spring is a lovely thing indeed.

    My favorite thing about spring is watching the flowers and trees bloom with my momma.

One of my children and I were having a cabin fever kind of day recently, missing the freedom to have big adventures and attend big events. You know what I mean? We had been sheltered-in-place about seven weeks and were missing those moments when someone says, "So, what'd you do this weekend?" . . . and you have something big to say.
